Savvas Hadjidimitriou is the entrepreneur behind the idea, creation and management of GreenBlue savours. He has studied Business Administration in Greece and Scotland. He soon became aware of his love for food and authentic flavors, as well as the creativity associated with their production, marketing and promotion, especially when they are done for the sake of the country’s good and economy.
For this reason, he founded the individual company GreenBlue savours in his hometown, Edessa, in 2012 and deals with passion and dedication to the production both of traditional and modern authentic superfoods such as Greek olive oil and Greek aronia berry.
His aim for the business is to promote these foods with a modern and nutritionally correct practice in a way to leave their own distinctive business footprint on the market, but with the smallest environmental footprint.
