That’s what we tried to do with this cocktail..

And we created a gin based Cocktail with floral and fruity flavour perfect for hot summer evenings.

50 ml gin @blossom_gin
25 ml fruit cup @bristolsyrupco
25 ml lime juice
20 ml aronia natural juice @roni_the_great
1 bar spoon strawberry with basil @jukeros
20 ml egg white
Glass : couppette @topglassware
Garnish : dried papaya
Method : shake all ingendients together and fine strain into chilled glass
